We’re thrilled you’re interested in joining the Bluebird Radio team! As a non-profit organisation, we operate on a voluntary basis, with all our team members contributing their time and passion without payment. We’re currently looking for experienced sales reps with a passion for radio. Your main duties will be to source sponsorship and advertising clients and respond to enquiries via email.

Requirements:

• Experience Required: Whether it’s professional or voluntary, experience is essential.

• Own Equipment Needed: To carry out your duties you require a minimum of a mobile smart phone however we recommend a laptop or a desktop computer.

• Professionalism At All Times: Not everything may go smoothly. For example, you may have an advertising client that is hard to please but you must remain professional at all times as the stations reputation is on the line.

• Valid WhatsApp Number Required: This is our main communication tool with team members.

• Consult higher-ups: You are free to come up with your own ideas of who you think maybe be a good brand partner or advertising client for Bluebird Radio Oldies but before you take action, you must check with higher-ups.

• Voluntary Role: Please note that this is an unpaid, voluntary position, as we are a non-profit organisation.
